2008 It Begins

Prior to 2008 I decided i wanted to start doing a blog not about my pathetic life, thats what live journal is for, but more on the music end of things. I saw blogs uploading music and reviews and bacon creation. I have had multiple live journals in the past, but i don't want to just write about how much school sucks and heart break (mainly because school doesn't suck right now and im far from heart broken).

I helped out a friend who was doing a Zine and I wrote him 3 or 4 reviews, but I know i can do much more than that. I also spend a lot of time online so it all adds up.

I run a Record Label and Distro Called Headcount Records. I have been doing this since 2004 with the distro and 2005 with the label. I'm constantly getting in new records from other labels and trades, and i tend to listen to everything at least once, but i get tons of records constantly, and i also have a good habit of forgetting what a lot of these sound like. Im just being honest, and that was part of my idea of keeping the blog, listening to all of these records and writing reviews for them shortly after. For my sake and for anyone else who is interested.

I also take a lot of photo's of bands and other stuff and i figured this would be another good use for some of them.
And finally yes, uploading old records as well, whenever it feels necessary.

Anyways first posts are lame, just wanted to put this up before i started putting actual entries and make it look like i came out of no where.

If on the off chance someone does read this please comment so i know this is being looked at and im not just writing to no one. It will also keep me motivated to post more and more frequently.
